Rapid access to support is provided via our Helpdesk, and our Support Analysts utilise a call-logging system to prioritise and resolve calls efficiently.
If required our staff can connect to your system via the Internet, ensuring a swift response and avoiding travel costs – on-site presence is also available for more detailed investigations and system consultancy.
The standard Support contract covers 09:00 to 17:30 Monday – Friday.
An extended Support Contract is available for the following hours:
